Will KCIII appear on any G.B. postal stationery?

We know that a large number of our members collect at least some aspects of GB postal stationery. This is the place to discuss it, ask questions etc.

Will KCIII appear on any G.B. postal stationery?

On page 22 of the November 2023 issue of the Journal, you will see a scan of an envelope with an image of the new green KCIII second class 'stamp'. Will we ever see this on a postal stationery item? The item shown is a C9 Downstream Access Mail which I received a few days ago.

I think they have abandoned postal stationery ( and stamps?) now they can just stick on a label!

He has appeared on "Printed to Order" envelopes for bulk mailing- these, of course are not available to the general public. Example (same source as above):
